What do I do now?

E-Sign any remaining documents (usually one per policy) and provide any follow up documentation needed. Your agent would have mentioned if they needed something.

Look for an Email from your Agent

You may have already received one, but if not, be on the lookout for a “next steps” email.

Need ID Cards or Policy Info?

Register for our app or visit our client portal in the top right of the screen to access your information at anytime.

What if I Need Something Else?

Always start by emailing your agent first, so you can see if they are out of office. You can also chat with your agent in the client portal or app.

What if I Have a Claim?

If it is an emergency with life at risk, always dial 911 first. If it is not a life or death situation, please reach out to your agent over email and with a text, so they can see your issue ASAP. If you cannot wait for a response and the claim requires immediate assistance, reach out to the claims number on your policy.
